In order to support a more sustainable agriculture we started converting to organic agriculture in 2020.

MERLOT
75% of the estate is Merlot, the dominant grape in the region. It brings out colour, aromatic richness and roundness.
MALBEC
15% of the estate is an early grape that gives wines that are colourful, tannic and able to age.
CABERNET FRANC
10% of the estates is a grape that offers finesse, freshness, structure, tannin and aging potential.
